A year ago today I proposed to my wife. She was visiting me for the week of Valentines from being away in Oklahoma doing taxes. I surprised her with a carat set in platinum during a feast fit for the princess that she is at the Oasis in Manhattan. Seven months later we were married. We are going out tonight to celebrate the anniversary. Unfortunately, we are nowhere near the Oasis so we will have to settle for a place called Ranchers here in Gatesville. We will return to the Oasis in May.

I fixed a glitch in the JoughsLife comments which caused them to not be posted. If anyone experiences this again, please email me and let me know. I have been receiving some spam advertisement comments recently. Luckily I am able to manually delete these from my database. Once I find the time I should be able to create a security code that will disallow the use of automation scripts on JoughsLife.

I finally bought myself a bike on Saturday. I drove into Temple to visit Sun Country Bicycles where they helped me choose the perfect match to my large frame. They even went the extra mile to make sure the bike was fine tuned and in perfect running condition before I left. If anyone in this area actually reads my blog and is in need of a bike, I would definitely recommend this place. I will begin my plan of getting back into shape this evening after work. Wish me luck!
